“Sorrow” Everyone has likely felt sorrow, probably several times throughout life. Sorrow can arise from many causes, such as losing loved ones.

It is a heavy and exhausting feeling; it can become bottomless and all-consuming. A kind of helplessness. Sometimes it passes more quickly, and one can continue as before. But sometimes it changes you, leaving deep marks. Sometimes it's hard to know which way to go next, because you can't find your way back to the path you were on before; everyday life is often not the same, you might feel that a part of yourself is gone, perhaps forever.
